Ring Shoots the World’s 1st Commercial Filmed on a Video Doorbell

Here at Ring, we take home security very seriously, but we also like to have a little fun. And we figure, there’s no better time to have fun than on Halloween.

Last year, Ring Video Doorbells captured all the Halloween festivities, and we were flooded with videos sent by customers who wanted to show us all the fun (and sometimes spooky) Halloween moments. It was great to see everyone in costumes getting their Halloween treats, and we even saw a few pranksters handing out Halloween tricks.

But this year, we wanted to do something different—something that’s never been done before. So we thought, “Why not shoot a Halloween commercial on a Video Doorbell?” And just like that, history was made.
