Got Ghosts? Good! Ring Will Pay You to Escape Your Haunted House

This Halloween season, Ring wants you to flaunt your haunt! Whether seriously spectral or sublimely silly, submit footage of a ghost captured on your Ring doorbell or camera now through November 1, 2024 for a chance to win a grand prize of $100,000¹.

With Ring’s Great Ghost Search, we will help one winner ghost their ghost. Down payment on a new paranormal-free pad? A phantom-free tropical getaway? Or maybe just a well-deserved splurge to forget those ectoplasmic encounters? The grand prize could be yours to spend on any earthly expense.

Finn Wolfhard, star of Ghostbusters and Stranger Things, has spent years honing his spiritual sixth sense while immersed in spooky stories — and now he’ll put his skills to work in real life as a contest judge.

“Ring is known to catch all kinds of activity – but I know if I saw a ghost on my Ring camera, I’d want to move out as fast as possible,” said Wolfhard. “This Halloween season, I'm relying on my Ring camera to alert me of any activity happening in and around my house – even if it's the spooky or paranormal.”

Paranormal Investigator Katrina Weidman will also serve as part of the judging team, helping to select our winner with Wolfhard.

How to Enter: Ring users can submit their ghostly footage, from real paranormal proof to family and friends in costume, at www.ring.com/ghostsearch. Whether you catch a floating orb, an inexplicable shadow, or dress up like a friendly ghost, all “supernatural” sightings are welcome

Judging Criteria: Visibility/Clarity of the Ghost, Uniqueness of Entry, Entertainment Value, and Engagement

Prize: $100,000

Are Ghosts Real?
The existence of ghosts has long been debated, but there seems to be phenomena that defies explanation.
